GE CTC185 Chassis Horizontal lines

Black horiz. lines about halfway down then more at bottom with some vertical
foldback.
Could it be a cap somewhere in the vert. output section? Thanks.

Could also be lousy connections at the ourput device, the output device
failing, or failing caps in the supply circuit that powers the vertical
deflection output device. Confirm you have proper voltages at the output ic
and at the supply.
