Hey. I have a job in an electronics and engineering shop within a federal prison. I'm looking for help with general electronics questions. I've been out of the field for about 25 years and trying to get reacquainted. What makes things harder is that I don't have access to the internet, just basic text only emails. A third party is helping me with these posts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, it’s kind of a double edge sword, the questions you ask can be beneficial to others as well when they research that particular topic.
That is how these sites work in
spirit; for everyone. Personally, I just like to hit threads,not marry them.Besides there are others with far more knowledge and experience than I, It is nice to have a different perspective on a particular subject.
I have played a small part in changing this world for the better by continuing the research that other scientists have conceived & I have become addicted to dedicating my life in giving back!

If email is your best option, join a YouTube channel like ‘Mr Carlson’s lab’. He will email you and you can ask any questions.
In my personal opinion, he’s the best out there. Down to earth, layman’s terms and an excellent teacher.
