How do they make those fans have LEDs on their wings?

Hi Yevgeni,

The LEDs are not on the blades they are inserted to the frame illuminating the blades as they are passing by.

The transparent case is specially designed to have fibre optic properties - total internal reflection occurs within the case, speading the light around.
