Hi does anyone have experience of this old scope?
It has lost its timebase or trigger not quite sure which one.
I found some dry joints on the bright up amp and a couple of scorched resistors eg R984 Feeding TR970 And R992 cathode supply. R991 is open Heater supply.
However the service manual I bought has some missing pages and of course one of them is the Brightup Xamp component list.
Switching X10 on and of produces a one shot trace
I've Changed all the old electrolytic caps.
Anyone got a service manual with the missing page
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this old girl has been my pal for 25 years and I would be sad to see her go.
