Main bulged 8200 if cap at 7835uf

In board test of second main 8200uf cap...7712uf... Assuming the spill was telegraphed though this seive, as is the top of the receiver case, and the evidence on the board under capacitors tells of a very thick and sticky, and assuming it to be an ice cold blended fruit smoothie dumped over on a hot receiver, the chances that this device might ever function properly again is very small.. however, there have probably been better techs before me, who might have changed fuses, or even board with higher hopes than I. I might change those main caps yet, and I wanted to ask,..... Is there a poor man's board cleaner, vinegar and soda, or a salty melange or isopropyl alcohol dillusion I should be aware of???

I am slightly perturbed about this tech in the mirror guy...
He forgot where this ground strap connects... I hope I can find my snap shot.

Wow those are some hot caps ... Blew the mains like what flashpot... There was smoke...
