Hartley oscillator

does anyone know to determine the gain of Hartley circuit that is show below?

I would like to determine components values for gain of 10..
And how to determine the feedback?

What output voltage swing do you want

the certain value does not mater. I just wan to know how do I control gain and feedback?

That's not the way things work.
Do you want the oscillator to "just work" or do you want to put a load on it and what output amplitude do you want as well as the frequency.
You just don't go and buy a pile of bricks and straw to build a house.
