hello forum members, I have the above cap checker that's having a problem. i'am trying to set the leakage currents for the three different type capacitors. the Electrolytic position can be set to 2ma. the min electrolytic and non-electro, needs to be set to 15ua and 2ua respectively. the eye tube will not close in any position of the adj pots. I changed the two main electrolytics and the 6BN8 tube to no avail. need help please.

Is it so old that it has one of those old glass vacuum tube thingies?
