Help fixing Digital Multimeter Proskit MT1210 (2)

I have a Proskit MT1210 multimeter. Has a strong 9 volt battery. Checked the fuse it looked blown by visual check. Went to remove the fuse, and noticed that something wasn't with the fuse. I dropped the other end of the fuse. But, that is the fuse that was installed in my Proskit 1210. Two metal ends and 1 glass tube that is completely empty! What amp is this fuse? Also is there any more fuses

For continue protection against fire; replace fuse only with the specified voltage and current ratings:
F 500mA/250V(Quick Acting)
