Help Looking for HP 1854-0292 transistor for HP8444A Tracking Gen Repair

Hi

Have an HP8444A tracking gen with blown Si-NPN oscillator transistor (4
terminal) in 1.55 GHz cavity osc ASSY A7. Looking to cross this part
hopefully. Any suggestions..

Hi Colin,

In my list is no JEDEC type, but i have the data of the transistor

1854-0292:

FT min 1.6GHz @ IC 10mA
HFE min 25 max 150 @ IC 2mA
VCE min 15V
PD max 200mw
IC max 25mA
C CB 1,5pF
NF max 3.5dB

I found the 2N2857 is near in most
data, maybe a selected one?
