help neede in power supply

i have a big transformer of two input wires of 220 volts but there are 7 output wires...it was already installed in a +/- 30volt power supply but i cudnt use it....so i need help...i am thinking to use a lm317 for voltage and current variation.........plzzz help..the pics are of the transformer and its previos circuit it was used in...
