help no heat

Hello there. Im working on ymgi mini split system. Commpressor shorted circuid board and burned conductor coil. I have some # on coil, but I cant find that part anywere.
I need help to find that part. I think that company who makes it starts with letter "W".
Part number on coil is CT23E-A028. Please help me find that part.
