My picture is constantly shaking up and down. This is at all resolutions.
Nothing else is wrong with the TV (other than shaking, colors etc are all
great and clear). I cleared away all other electronics so I don't think
it's interference and assume it's an internal circuitry problem.

Would anyone know what causes this and what type of repair bill I might be
looking at? A few guesstimates might help me decide if it's worth it (e.g.,
a $150 repair is, a $500 repair is not).

It is hard to guess over an email the exact cause of a fault. It would
be best to make tests to verify the power supply, and the performance of
the scan amplifiers before making any determination.

It is likely that there may be a fault in the power supply, or the
vertical deflection areas to start with. There are many parts in these
areas that can become defective and cause obscure performance.
