Help ! Pioneer AVH-P6500 flat screen transprt

Hi

I worked on a AVH-P6500DVD which when re-assembled
doesn't appear to have the correct mechanical timing for the screen to fold
out and back in properly.

Took it apart again to look for arrows or alignment symbols.

Can anyone help ??

Try looking at sw3832 it's a sensor switch
that rides along the inside of unit on the
screen assy.

If the screen gets pulled out of the rac
gear, you must depress this switch before you insert the screen back in.
Otherwise, it will snap the plunger off the switch.

I just installed an AVH-P6500. The tuner has trouble locking in on a
station. No matter what frequency is selected, the tuning wonders all
over the band aimlessly.

Any ideas? I suspect a defective Hide-Away unit.

Any help would be greately appreciated.
