ok... i much understand the circuit... another problem is what is the use of the of the other C4 and C3(Capacitors).

C3 and C4 are required If IC1 or IC2 are located far from filter capacitors C1 and C2.

ok.... so c3 and c4 can be remove if IC1 and IC2 are close to C1 and C2.... how far is consider far??

I'm also from TP and i think that you all should do the explantation on the operation of power supply yourself. It will help you in the further too. Don't just think of copying. Hehe TP students must not violate copyright laws man. (hint: use your EPT book to guide you, its more or less in the book.)
