How can i add a LED with the same time as the buzzer where it will be flashing on and off.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

The easiest way is to get a flashing LED (they come that way) and wire it, with a proper resistor, in parallel with the buzzer.

You can buy LEDs that flash on their own. Go to Electronic Goldmine.
They flash, about 80 pps. Others flicker, random, like a candle. Others are multi-color flicker.
