Yup,
I just made the experience of capacitors... geez, they can hold theirs charges for a long time!
So, is there anyway to discharge them?

Clip a power resistor across it. A big capacitor would eat a chunk out of a screwdriver blade. ;D

Lol... I just took my screwdriver :p it's not a big capacitor, it's a 2200uF 35v.

No.....do not short it out. Use the power resistor as audioguru suggested. A direct short and spark causes damage "inside" the capacitor as well. What kind of current surge do you think it takes to create that spark? It will not last as long when you damage it.
