I want to buy charger for this screen's lamps.... Which charger i need to buy? Thanks!

They look like cold cathode tubes. They take a high voltage to strike, then they operate at a low constant current (5 mA or so?) at a couple of hundred volts.

The power supply you have there probably operated from your line voltage, so 110VAC or 220VAC or whatever you have.

what do you want a charger for ? there are no batteries there to charge

That looks like a PSU board from a LCD monitor, those take 500V or so
