How to use 74HC595 Shift Register with Arduino?

Hello,
The 74HC595 shift register expands Arduino’s output pins by using only three: Data, Clock, and Latch. Data is shifted in serially on each clock pulse, then latched to output all 8 bits simultaneously. Ideal for controlling LEDs, displays, etc. Chain multiple registers for more outputs. Efficient and cost-effective solution for limited I/O pins.
