so i want to make a device which connect pendrive to tv..

I'm with Dave on this.
What data do you have on the pendrive that you want to display?
Does the TV have inputs intended for that type of data?

If your TV does not have a usb port, you must find out if it has any other kind of video input. Most will have a yellow RCA type video jack for a dvd player. You will need something which can read the pendrive and output a video signal. The most easily available device to do this is an old computer. Newer computers don't usually have an RCA compatible video output. Adapters are available, but cost money, while you can often get an old computer for free.
