Icl 7106 voltmeter

Hello, i need some help for my scool project.

I have a volt meter "panel meter dpm 952" and i want to upgrade it.
I have heard that you can with one or two operating amplifiers and some other components connected to the circuit make that the dpm 952 messures intself power supply.

So on the display will be shown voltage witch supplys the dpm 952

dpm 952 uses the ICL 7106 controller
