Icom 260A service manual

Hi Guys, I need the service manual for the Icom 260A, I cannot change frequency, its stuck on 145.000, It used to work but it would take 10mins to dial up a frequency, I would have to rotate the dial many times to get it to change frequency by small steps! any ideas? I am on the look out for a 260A that is going cheap for parts

@Martaine2005 : I have moved the op's question to a separate thread. What is linked in the original thread is "only" a schematic, not the full service manual (although having a schematic is a great start, considering that today it is often nearly impossible to get one).
