Ide 2.5 to 3.5

Ive just picked up a 2.5 usb2 ide box, but want it for 3.5 inch drive. is it possible to make a conversion cable? is so how, thanks

The problem is that 2.5 only uses 5V but the 3.5 uses 5V and 12V. The other way around is easy (3.5 to 2.5) but I don

I have a external case that has its own powersuppluy on it, ive seen somehwere befor that u can get a 3.5 plug and a 2.5 plug and just rewire the pins to where they should go, and miss out the power, but cant rememebr where i saw it now

anyone know where to get a pin out diagram of both standards?
