Good, I was wondering if maybe the 10 on the end of the number string meant 10%. I will have to wait to order one until I have enough to justify the shipping charges.
Tolerance is normally specified as +/-20% or more typically -20/+80% for such a capacitor. If it has a tolerance of 10% then that's too good to be true for an aluminium electrolytic capacitor.
