Identifying mosfet

Hello, I am having trouble finding a data sheet or replacement mosfet. If anyone can help identify it I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Hi, according to a Chinese website it’s a 650V 7A N channel.
But I couldn’t get the data sheet.
Perhaps someone else can?.
Try putting ‘AP’ in front of the 07.

Hey LukeKai,

That MOSFET’s a bit hard to ID from the photo. Try cleaning it or checking under magnification, there might be extra markings or a logo. If you share the full code and what device it came from, it’ll be easier to find a match.
