Infineon has plenty of applications information on their website for gate drive circuits.

If you are trying to design your own, their are many pitfalls that can damage the device.
(Too many to list here, as I am heading to work shortly.)
An ideal gate driver circuit should also measure saturation to detect short circuit conditions so you don't damage the device. You also need to insure proper switching parameters,
because you can easily sent the device into thermal runaway and let the smoke out.
Also, be aware that 700 Amp switching can be very problematic regarding the commutation spikes on the DC link on turn off. If you don't have proper snubbing, or if you have high inductances on the DC link, you will have turn off spikes that can be as high as 5 times the DC input voltage!
