Impedance matching for E.guitar and cellphone/ipad/itouch

Hi, a new member here. I don't know where to post this topic. Sorry if this is not the place.

I just want to ask how will I match the impedance of my electric guitar and cellphone. I'm curious because both microphone and e.guitar produces analog signal. Therefore, I could use my e.guitar as my input instead of voice so that I could connect the guitar to the phone then the person I'm talking to can hear it. Right? Please correct me if i'm wrong.

If it is possible, can it be done simultaneously(playing my connected guitar then talking through the phone, like singing + guitar in the phone)?

Impedances in audio are never matcheded. A low source impedance feeds an amplifier input resistance that is much higher. The output resistance of a solid-state amplifier that feeds an 8 ohm speaker is not 8 ohms, it is 0.04 ohms or less.

Your cell phone has a electret microphone that has a very low level. The preamp in the phone has an input resistance much too low for a guitar pickup and its gain is too high.

Make an audio mixer that has a very high input resistance for the guitar pickup (some articles say 3M ohms) and not much gain. Then the mixer has another amplifier input for an electret mic. The output of the mixer feeds the audio input on the phone.
