Is it possible to use wifi router antennas as pcie wireless adapter antenna

I really just don't want to pay fir an antena, but i got a old tp-link router around that i thought i could use.

I have done that a number of times. May not be optimal but overall seems to
work just fine.

My router antennas are not the kind you can screw off(i will attach a picture). That is why i need help, i have no idea how to make it work.

conection ?
