is this a good value for a variable dc power supply? tia sal

I'm doing some electrolysis testing and was wondering if these power supplies will do the trick

PS. 01PHSY3002-3 the cheapest on is the one I'm looking at.
I need two variable outputs to test with.

The current levels are awfully low. What kind of electrolysis are
you trying to do?
