Isolation of a signal

I encounter disturbances at the output of this HMG 4000 instrument, this is due to the connection with different machine, for this reason is a signal isolator sufficient for each branch, or is there an instrument which isolates each multi socket, instead to have an isolator for each, for information each socket of this instrument is analog from (0 to 10 v and from 4 to 20ma), what could you advise me to solve this problem ?

Isolation modules can help, but important to tell forum what you see as signal
corruption, specific sensors more prone to this, any detail.
