I want to know if SMD resistors and capacitors of 1206 package ca be used in the project .

Published in the home page .also can i use 7805 &7905 as to92 instead of to220

Please let me know . I am a bit new to electronics .

Yes, surface mount can be used. I would not recommend the use of TO92 style regulators since the TO220 have a nice heat dissipation.
