This kit is not available through this website. This site does not sell kits. The project is a reprint of a "Smart Kit. This is their kit # 1137. You can purchase it here:

KitsRus also has their version of this kit (Kit # 61) at www.kitsrus.com and Carl's Electronics has their version (Kit # CK104) at www.electronickits.com
You can purchase the kits for the ICL7106 or ICL7107 based Digital Voltmeters on any of these websites.
