Lithium ion Battery

Hi I am trying to source a battery for my audio equipment,see attached photo,it is very similar to those as fitted to Sat Nav's.

Any info would be great thanks.

Most 3.7V lithium batteries have only 2 wires but your battery has 3 wires. Temperature sensor to prevent an explosion?
Lithium batteries are made in many different shapes and sizes.
Therefore buy an original battery as a replacement.
