The unit is off a 75hp. But....
It's just a throttle right!!!???
This is a 250v AC, but it fit the pins on the mount...
Where can I get the right switch?

The switch is activated by the big piece on the left of the pins... Second and third pics are when the gear is in forward or reverse ... I Need the key, the tach connector and that switch,.. or I am in the shop again, making my own.

Looks like a standard 10A run-of-the-mill micro switch available almost anywhere.

Where ahem... Is everywhere???
Ebay, Amazon , any lecky supplier, electronic stores, washing machine repairer, appliance repairer, microwave ovens will have 2 or 3 at least.
Do a google for your area.

Those are 250v 125v AC switches that handle about .4 of a pound click hammer. I need some that size...to fit the mounting, that will handle about 6 pounds of hammer.

No idea what you are waffling on about.
It's a run-of-the- mill micro switch.
They mostly will handle 10A.

If it does not suit your taste, go to Mercury themselves and pay $50 or more for the same thing.

Chances are they will send the office girl down to a washing machine shop and pick up one like I referred to.

I don't waffle! The original switch doesn't exist any more! There is a big metal block in the boat throttle that barely contacts the little switch. The switch is a neutral switch. It turns off, when the boat is in gear, keeps the starter from working when it's not in neutral. I grew up around boats. I might have to make one.

But yeah, I can see that 125v switch carrying 12v to a box brain switch that allows the starter to work.... No problem oh...
