microelectronics is when you are making extremely small devices to accomplish tasks, like making a robot the size of a mosquito or something. Nanoelectronics is making devices at cellular sizes. Nanoelectronics may be the future of medicine. They have the ability to replicate themselves, so you send a few into a person with a needle injection, to attack and destroy a tumor, or repair a ruptured spleen or something. Nanoelectronics is both amazing and a little scary. But very cool.

Microelectronics is a subfield of electronics. Microelectronics, as its name suggests, is related to the design and manufacturing, or micromachining, electronic components that are very small. These devices are made from semiconductors. Many components of normal electronic design are available in microelectronic equivalent: transistors, capacitors, inductors and insulators course and drivers can be found in microelectronic devices.

Microelectronics is a subfield of electronics. As the name suggests, microelectronics relates to the study and manufacture (or microfabrication) of very small electronic designs and components. Usually, but not always, this means micrometre-scale or smaller. These devices are made from semiconductor materials. Thanks Author I love Microelectronics. I'm Engineer..

The study of very small electronic designs and components can be termed as microelectronics. These devices are made from semiconductor materials. Microelectronics uses unique wiring techniques for wire bonding.
