You might try asking in one of the rec.radio.amateur.* newsgroups.

I don't know that radio, but it is quite possible that some hams have
converted it for amateur use.

He did, one by one by one.

But since he did that, I can't remember if he actually asked in the
one group where it was appropriate, and since he was so sloppy in
posting, I wouldn't answer if I had the answer.
