Would Terminal Junctions and Socket Junctions be considered a "Connector" in MIL-HDBK-217? It's pretty hard to find it classified as anything else, but when calculating reliability for it I just want to be sure.

Yes, although looking through it. I've noticed that it doesn't specifically mention junction connectors. The closest thing I found is "Connector, Sockets (Relay)". It seems visually and practically similar.
