I have replaced many bad caps and a couple of open resistors on both the main and S-Power boards. I also replaced the IC901 hybrid voltage regulator on the main board and it still won't power on. I could use some expert guidance as to how to proceed with troubleshooting this problem.

Hi Bill,
I presume you have checked to make sure there is voltage going to the TV?
Also, what regulator is it and what voltage goes in and what voltage is it regulated to at the output?
Doe this TV have relays? Maybe one has failed open?
Did you check the diodes on the power supply?
How are you checking the caps?
