hi i am new here and my english is not so good

that provide 50hz
what the vaules of the resistors,caps i ned to get 50hz output and what transisors i must use ?

Go to www.google.com and serch for Transistor Multivibrator. You will get links to more than 8000 articles about it.
The reverse breakdown voltage of silicon transistor emitter-base junctions is only about 5V to 7V so don't use that very simple circuit with a supply voltage more than 5V.
