need more backup

hi guys need a advise from all
im have a network router which work with a adaptor 12v and router contain battery charging circuit 7.2 ah... Do when were power goes router will work for 30mins by 7.2ah battery...so now can we increase this backup time by the same battery.

You can't. Just make sure the battery is fully charged.
It may be old and worn out.
