Need to enter in Samsung VCR memory

I`ve a vcr Samsung sv-651x and it turns crazy (it doesn´t work) I need to
enter memory to restore the codes, but dont know how to... i
think that is somethink like hold the DUB button and then other but i dont
know...

Help please...

Exactly what codes do you think you need to "fix" the vcr ?
