Need to identify axial glass diode by "8.2B2" markings.

I have a diode out of a Kenwood receiver marked 8.2B2. Something corrosive got spilled into the
case and ate through a lead. Forward voltage drop is .74V, but I haven't had time yet to check if
it's a zener. I'm guessing that it's an 8.2v zener with a "B2" power rating, whatever that means.
Anybody know for sure. If I don't get an answer, I guess I'll have to do it the hard way.

Thanks, Brian.

Yes, it's a 8.2V zener diode MTZJ8.2B.
