Hi,
I've built a new website, http://PCBShopper.com, for comparing prices to build prototype PCBs. You enter your board's size, layers, preferred solder mask color, and quantity, and it shows you how much it would cost to make at several different PCB manufacturers (in US dollars, including shipping to the US).
There's also a page comparing free CAD programs. Since many of these are crippled versions of commercial programs, I show what limitations they impose.
For both manufacturers and CAD programs, users can write reviews, Amazon-style.
I hope the site will be useful to my fellow electronics hobbyists.
