They don't like fast food. Lol

The auto-canceling works by a plastic spring under the steering wheel that disengages the switch. They get brittle and break sometimes causing blinkers to not turn off when wheel returns to its center position.
If this is the case you can probably find a replacement at a salvage yard rather inexpensively.

Hahaha, I wouldn't see your car not being crashed for long in that configuration.

So, here are some LED options, also do you have any idea of the voltage that's going to those LEDs? At the moment I'm assuming 12v

Firstly, we can basically replicate what you have now with much brighter LEDs. I was thinking you could point these at you. You will not miss them. They might actually be too bright.

There are also LED strips which are really nice. You will not miss these when they're on.

And since you'll already have to somewhat disassemble your steering column you can add this little switch to control the lights

You'd wire it so it interrupts the ground of the LEDs that way you only need one switch. I can draw up a simple schematic if you'd like.

Do the French eat snails because they like to get parasites? Because there are many, many parasites that start out life in snails.

The French one first: They don't like Fast Food!!!!! Boom Tish!!

Yes 12v.

I think the LED strip would be good, it is movement that would catch the eye and the brightness. I do have a good auto electrician but we don't have the 'gadgets' that you have in the States.

I really appreciate you assistance on this and will print out you reply and take to my auto elec.

Will get back to you and let you know the results.

Y'r a bloody good bloke , mate, g'donya'
