Number conversion

Homework? Instead of giving you the answer that is pretty darn easy with the number presented, what have you done so far to arrive at an answer?

To do this you should do the conversion in two steps, convert the integer and then convert the fraction, easy cheesy...

BTW when I went to school I had to do all these conversions by hand, long hand as calculators were forbidden in school...

Honestly in todays world it's ironic for me to still see a question like this when it's SO simple to get an answer with calculators that are now required even for grade school children...

A small addition: Octal goes from 0...7, meaning 3 bit per octal position...
