AB-SO-WOOT-ELY TRUE . . . . . . . and THUSLY CONFIRMED . . . .
Look at the photos left front foregrounds ?812 part number and then see the other physically slightly upper, PERCEIVED C82? designation..
Which is ACTUALLY assigned and belonging to a non existent and un- mounted cap to its left.
Move over to and inside the shield / barrier over to the right, and there are being 4 more like "blue blobs".
Those are ALL being assigned L8xx identifications.
THUS . . . . . those are actually, all being epoxy drop "peaking coils" that are being used in the CHROMA CIRCUITRY as . . . . 800 series parts . . . . of that RCA CTC 133 chassis.
A schematic consultation will confirm this..
