OPENUPS Configuration

Hi, we need help with Configuring OpenUPS.

We have an internal battery, plus 2 mainline connections comingin. 1 is Type C and 1 is an external battery plate.

The issue we are having is configuring the OpenUPS board.

When the power is coming through the type c or external battery plate, it should power our unit plus charge the internal battery.

When there is no external power input it should run on the internal battery.

The issue we face is when we are being powered by an external source it is not powering the internal battery at the desired voltage, it is charging at 13.8V when it should be between 14.2V and 14.7V.

The second issue is that we have a power switch attached to the openUPS which will only turn on when the power button is held for 5 seconds or more. Ideally, we would like this to be around 1 second.

Finally, if you have a better understanding of OpenUPS then it would be great if we could understand how to configure it better.

I'd be happy to go into more detail on how exactly our system is setup but anyone with OPENUPS expertise would be greatly appreciated.

No link, no details, no circuit drawing, basically no info so don't know what you expect as an answer.
