Pad size too small.

Can't route from the 'IN' pad of the MP2672A li-ion battery charger IC. The pad is too small. How to fix this? I'm worried if the footprint itself is wrong.

Check if Pad 1 is actually a pad or a copper zone Click directly on that large red shape and look at the bottom status bar — it will tell you if it's a "Pad", a "Zone", or a "Track". If it says "Zone", someone accidentally drew a copper fill over that net instead of using a proper pad.
