Paig Gid - make me a plan for a small Electric Field Generator

Dear Engineer,

I want to build an Electric Field Generator, from 0,5 to 1.6mhz 600V/cm.
I make my own liquids for E-cigarettes, naturally extracted tobacco. Just like wine, they need to age for a long time. 2x 8 weeks. Every additional change to recipe takes another 4 weeks. This can be avoided with electrical fields. I need to treat 200ml glass bottles.

Experiments have been done and have brought amazing results. A lot of companies are already doing it for the food and wine industry.

So, is someone willing to make a plan of everything I need and how to assemble it. It´s a bit tricky because I don´t have experience with this area. I am a graphic designer, so this plan needs to be a no brainer plan. I can solder.
And how much would it cost for you to design it?

600V/cm

At which distance? mm? cm? m?
As soon as the distance is > 1 mm the voltage will reach > 60 V and be therefore potentially lethal. I suggest you stay away from this scheme unless you have the necessary experience.

so this plan needs to be a no brainer plan.

No "no brainer" at such dangerously high voltages.
