Panasonic compact stereo ST-CH7 tuner / SU-CH7 amplifier remote help

I posted a question not too long ago someone was nice enough to point me to
a link to find an original remote for this system, but the original remote
is very expensive and is also in another country, so I wanted to know aside
from the original, is there any universal remotes on the market that atleast
can operate basic functions of this stereo like power on/off, and volume? I
know they make universal remotes that work with stereo and satellite
systems, anyone have a suggestion? or know what brand/model of universal
will work with this unit? thanks

Try a few at RadioShack. They have a 30day return privilege for any
that won't do the job.
