Panasonic PTK-4587SC projector - HV Cutoff

I have an older Panasonic PTK-4587SC projector that is beginning to
exhibit problem of HV cutout.

I have heard that this is a rather common problem and that Panasonic
even has a kit available to repair / modify the shutdown circuit.

Can anyone tell me where I can order this kit?
